The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. John 10:13
If it is not yours, don't obligate yourself.
You will not hear from heaven. You will not receive divine direction.
In the end you will shut the doors and the sheep will be left confused having to fend for themselves.
