Above the Fold

I heard those words yesterday as they referred to a story which would be worthy of front page headlines - something which would be "above the fold".

I remember a headline that was printed above the fold - Dewey Wins.

I got questions concerning this post so therefore I will explain. The above picture is Truman showing the headline which appeared above the fold declaring his opponent's successful run for the white house the day he was elected president.
